  Ordered a pizza from Murray's last night, it was delicious and delivered within 30 minutes to a part of Penticton most other pizza delivery (or any food delivery) delivers to on Sage Mesa Drive. Thank you Murray's!

  Well Murrays Pizza used to be a great pizza place. However, My family ordered pizza there tonight (December 17, 2014) for delivery. I asked for it to be delivered for 5:45pm. I then phoned and asked for it to be changed to 6pm; they stated when I phoned at 5pm it couldn't be changed. I wasn't happy but accepted it. So 5:45pm comes around and no pizza and 6:06pm comes around and still no pizza so I called them and asked where is our pizza? Well delivery driver stated that he went to the door and knocked and rang the doorbell and no answer. This is where I call BS as we were there at the address and even before we got there my mother was there the whole time all afternoon till we got there at 5:30pm. Then the lady reads me our alleged phone number two digits off and after the area code the first 3 digits couldn't even be a proper phone number for our service area. so I restated the correct number and told them maybe staff should read back the phone number when people order to make sure it is correct. So anyway, she says they will send the pizzas quick. An hour after we were supposed to get them we get our 3 large pizzas which cost $60.86 with tax and that doesn't include delivery and they were rubbery, cold and overal quite disgusting! So I phone back to Murrays (used to be good pizza) and now has horrible customer service and the worst pizza I have had!!! BTW we ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 canadian, 1 greek with thin crust. I called back to complain and stated what horrible customer service they had and she the lady states "have a nice night." like my complaint meant nothing!!!! I gave them a chance as they put in the paper to give them a chance 'after their recent media spotlight.' Apparently they don't want customers!!!!

  everything seemed fine... order got here and donair was ice cold and so soggy it felt like it was soaked in ice water dripping wet.... gross.....

  They have a great variety of toppings and the crust is always in that good in-between firm yet soft. I have never ordered from here this is a in store pick-up reveiw. Although sometimes you will have to wait abit for your order as they are low staffed. Over all great pizza.
